The King is Here: The Narrow Door

This last Sunday, Alex continued our Luke Series with a teaching on Luke 13v22-30. In this passage, Jesus explains that the door to the kingdom of heaven is narrow, and that the only way to enter is by understanding your need for Him and placing your trust in Him. 

Jesus was abundantly clear about the road to salvation being narrow. It made Him controversial then, and it makes Him controversial now. His narrowness, however, is a matter of His jealousy. He won’t share you with other loves, worldly passions or desires. He gave up everything so He could be your everything. 

This type of life requires a willingness from us to refuse all other comforts - to cut out from our lives anything that doesn’t increase love for Him. We pray that you would joyfully accept this invitation to deeper intimacy with Jesus as you journey with Him.
