Vision Series: The Scriptures are Authoritative
Monday Sep 28, 2020
Monday Sep 28, 2020
This week we had the honor to hear from one of our Saints' Hill elders - Jim Traut. Through intimacy with the Father, and a deep love for the scriptures, Jim walks this core value with personal authority and shares with us from that place.
The Scriptures are authoritative and tell us the truth that brings freedom. May we walk in truth and freedom as we submit to the way of Jesus and His Word.

"God is Good" is so much more than a platitude, it's a deep trust in God's character and intentions towards us. We spend this week reflecting on just how good He is, and what our lives look like in response.

Tuesday Sep 08, 2020
Tuesday Sep 08, 2020
As we continue our vision series Alex Rettmann reminds us that if we want to see Newberg transformed we need our minds to be renewed. Through a strong identity in Christ we are able to think renewed and be transformed. Alex walks us through the importance of agreeing with who God says we are in Christ, and not who we used to be.
We hope that this message encourages and strengthens you. That it reminds you of who He has called you. We love you church!

Vision Series: Stay in the Tent
Monday Aug 31, 2020
Monday Aug 31, 2020
Church Family! We are so excited because, this past Sunday, we started our Vision Series! This is one of our favorite times of the year; Where we go back to our basics, revisit, and dive even deeper into our vision and values as our church!
- Psalm 112 says "Blessed are those who fear the Lord who find great delight in His commands" -- Alex Rettmann shares how for us this year, "The Lord is going to give the church integrity through the fear of the Lord"
The Fear of The Lord is about a people whose hearts are tender to the Lord, doing everything in life with Him in mind. This starts with us choosing to be people that "stay in the tent of the Lord." Our vision for this year starts with us saying yes to the presence of God!
Be blessed while listening to this talk. We pray you feel your heart becoming tender again and that you would feel the pull into deeper encounters with Jesus
We love you!

Number Your Days
Tuesday Aug 25, 2020
Tuesday Aug 25, 2020
This past Sunday, Alex Rettmann shared how, in this time, we must gain a heart of wisdom! Psalm 90 teaches us how by "numbering our days" -- Life here on Earth is but a vapor compared to eternity!
So we must have Eternity in mind, move from the fear of death, and onward to the Love of Christ, found in the promise of Resurrection!
So fear not!
Blessings, Joy, and Strength to you!

Survival to Revival
Thursday Aug 20, 2020
Thursday Aug 20, 2020
This week we had the opportunity to hear from Bria Wolter!
In this cultural unknown/unrest, like a pandemic, it may seem easy to fall back into a "survival mode" or mentality. However, Bria encourages us to anchor ourselves in hope and dream again!
Survival thinks and operates inward, but a heart and mind seeking out Revival operates outward!
Blessings and Strength from Jesus over you while you listen!
We love you!

People of Peace
Monday Aug 03, 2020
Monday Aug 03, 2020
Peace is not the absence of conflict or hurry; Peace is the presence of a Person, Jesus.
In this talk, Alex Rettmann shares with us that in this current time, we are to be people that host peace, and peace is a Person.
That our heavenly peace, that we are to give away is based on proximity to Jesus, and not just activity or the lack thereof.
Alex also shares, via 1 Timothy, that a key ingredient to a peace filled home/town/nation is intercession and prayer. Praying for our families, neighbors, and leaders in authority.
Blessings!

Pioneer Again
Monday Jul 27, 2020
Monday Jul 27, 2020
This last Sunday, was our first corporate gathering back amidst Covid 19! We are currently having Church in the field, and it was a fun time of worship and learning from the scriptures together.
In this talk, we hear from Alex Rettmann about pioneering. We believe, as a church, it is our privilege to pioneer new territory with the Holy Spirit leading us. All for the sake of revival coming to our town, and to leave a spiritual legacy for others. Alex reminds us that pioneering first starts with us personally then moves outward to then lead others!
Blessings and thanks for tuning in :)
